Terms & Conditions – Bold Mile
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website www.boldmile.ca and our moving services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Agreement
✔ All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
✔ Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change if actual conditions differ.
✔ Services include packing, moving, transportation, and related activities as agreed at booking.
2. Customer Responsibilities
✔ Provide accurate details regarding pickup, drop-off, and items to be moved.
✔ Ensure items are properly packed (unless a packing service is purchased).
✔ Be present or have an authorized representative available at pickup and delivery locations.
✔ Notify us of any fragile or high-value items in advance.
3. Payments
✔ A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
✔ Full payment must be made upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
✔ Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
✔ Late or failed payments may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
✔ Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund (minus deposit/administration fees).
✔ Cancellations within 48 hours of the move may not be eligible for a refund.
✔ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Liability
✔ We take great care of your belongings, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages.
✔ Our liability is limited to the value declared at booking or as required by law.
✔ Bold Mile is not responsible for delays caused by Traffic, Weather, or Events beyond our control.
6. Restrictions
✔ We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or perishable goods.
✔ Customers are responsible for ensuring all items comply with local regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
✔ All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of Bold Mile and cannot be reproduced without permission.
✔ Unauthorized use of our site may result in legal action.
8. Governing Law
✔ These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
✔ Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
